Hi mums, just wondering if I have to heat breas...

Hi mums, just wondering if I have to heat breastmilk thats been in the fridge before i feed it to bub or do I just let it get to room temperature? Also, has anyone started teaching their bub to drink from a cup? My DD is 5months old and wondered if anyone has any tips? Thanks!
